III Culinary Festival of Edible Flowers
The third edition of this unique event will take place July 14-15, 2018. The theme of this year's edition will be: Lavender discretion of taste and the power of the fragrance .
Once again, guests who visit the Hortulus Spectabilis Gardens in Dobrzyca will be able to find out which flowers are edible and learn about their unusual properties and application.
For the duration of the festival, the Hortulus Spectabilis Gardens will become a buffet full of edible flowers that look great not only on discounts, but also in dishes. Well-known garden flowers such as daylilies peculiflowers, begonias, velvets and this year's heroine - lavender, will be hosted again in the outdoor garden kitchen.
Culinary shows will be combined with floral tasting. Everyone who tastes in a floral kitchen will receive interesting recipes and inspirations for their own culinary activities. There will be expert stands and advice. Invited special guests will share their culinary, horticultural and cosmetic knowledge.
