The Dutch windmill is located 1 km from the town hall in the center of Wolin. From Zamkowa Street go towards Katedralna Street and turn left into Wojska Polskiego Street. From Wojska Polskiego Street turn right into Jaracza Street. Going along Jaracza Street, we pass the cemetery on the left, the road goes slightly uphill. A windmill is visible at the top of the hill.
The Dutch windmill was built in 1850. The building has three storeys and is built on a circular plan. The building and its surroundings have been entered in the register of monuments of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

The magnificent building can be admired from the outside. The interiors of the building are inherently inaccessible, but sometimes, thanks to the kindness of the friendly host, you can see them. A similar facility can be found in Sułomino, approx. 4 km to the north-east. The windmill in Wolin is one of the geocaching points.
