The marina is in the beautiful bay of the Dąbie Lake. From the center of Szczecin, you can get there by going to Szczecin Dąbie, then from the main street (Emilii Gierczak street), turn into Drukarska street, and then Zamiejska and Żaglowa. HOM is located near the city beach.

It is a place with many years of tradition - many famous Szczecin sailors made their first steps here. The marina offers sailors a quiet and sheltered berth, even in very strong winds. Yachts moor at a concrete quay equipped with water and power connections. A well-marked trail leads to the port. The track is about 2 meters deep, which limits the port's accessibility for larger sea-going yachts. Sailors also have a boatbuilder, a gantry crane and a slip for small vessels at their disposal. Sailors can also use the hangar and workshop rooms. There is a yacht engine servicing company on site. HOM has been training young water sportsmen for many years. The marina has a large camping site and a place for a bonfire. HOM also has a dozen or so vessels that can be charter.
